Refund and Returns Policy
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee You may return any vibration sensor within 30 days of delivery for any reason — no questions asked.
Eligible items:
- Unused and in original packaging, or
- Bench-tested or trial-mounted but not put into permanent field service and showing no signs of damage or contamination
Restocking Fees
- 0% – If the sensor is defective, DOA (dead on arrival), or you are exchanging/upgrading to another QI-Dynamics product
- 15% – Only on non-defective, non-exchanged returns
Return Shipping
- We provide a prepaid return shipping label for: – All confirmed defective or DOA items – Orders with original value ≥ $695 USD
- For all other non-defective returns, customer pays return shipping
How to Return
- Log into Contact portal and request RMA, please add reason for the RMA
- Receive RMA number and return instructions (typically within 1 business day during working days)
- Ship the item back to us
- Refund or exchange credit is issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned sensor
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
2-Year Warranty Every QI-Dynamics sensor is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from date of delivery.
During the warranty period we will, at our option:
- Repair the sensor at no charge, or
- Replace it with a new or refurbished unit, or
- Issue a full refund
For critical applications we offer advance replacement (we ship the replacement first; you return the faulty unit afterward). Contact us to arrange.
Warranty claims require an RMA but are always free of restocking fees and include prepaid return shipping.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show evidence of misuse, improper installation, or damage not caused by manufacturing defects.
